Veonza Abayas is a premium and luxury abaya brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We design and craft each abaya to order, blending tradition with modern elegance to create timeless, high-quality pieces for women who value both style and modesty. Additionally, 50% of our profits are donated to charity, meaning every purchase you make contributes to a greater cause.

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, browsing our collections, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, and any other visitors.

Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You must not misuse or interfere with our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it to transmit any harmful or unlawful content.

Products & Orders

All abayas sold on veonzaabayas.com are made to order. This means each piece is crafted individually after your order is placed. As a result:

  • Please allow a minimum of 15 business days from your order confirmation date for your item to be prepared and dispatched.
  • We make every effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and fabric batches.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified promptly if this occurs.
  • Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as production begins shortly after confirmation.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update or change prices at any time without prior notice. Promotional and sale prices are valid only for the duration of the offer and are subject to availability.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Online payments, credit/debit card payments, and digital wallets are not available at this time. Payment is made directly to our courier partner upon delivery of your order. We are not responsible for any cash handling issues that occur after the courier has confirmed receipt of payment.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. International shipping is not available at this time. Delivery charges are calculated based on your city and location within the UAE and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We do not offer express delivery. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, public holidays, or factors outside our control. Returns & Refunds

As every abaya is made to order exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Any such issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Approved refunds are issued as store credit or a product exchange, in line with our COD-only policy. All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product photographs, design layouts, and collection names — is the intellectual property of Veonza Abayas and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
