Order Processing & Delivery Time

At Veonza Abayas, every piece is crafted to order with great care and attention to detail. Because each abaya is made exclusively for you, please allow a minimum of 15 business days from the date of your order confirmation for your item to be prepared and dispatched. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are determined based on your city and location within the UAE. The applicable delivery fee will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment Method

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Online payment options are not available at this time. Simply select Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay our courier in cash when your abaya arrives at your doorstep.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delays & Exceptions

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed and appreciate your patience.
